In the News
History and genealogy research is often focused on the places where our ancestors
were born, lived, raised their families and died. While we are usually focused on
what happened at a place decades or even centuries ago, sometimes there is current
news about a place that may be of interest to genealogists and historians. In addition
to our focus on providing guality, place-specific links to resources relevant to
genealogists and historians, we have initiated an "In the News" section where we
will include brief news summaries of genealogy-relevant news items about a place.
