- Eskimo camp or small village reported in 1910 by H. C. Fassett, U.S. Bureau of Fisheries (USBF), as "Ah-lai-luk-ah." The present spelling was first used in 1925 by U.S. Bureau of Fisheries (USBF). The site is now abandoned.
