- A private development existed in this area. The settlers origionally called it Musina, but later 'committed the unpardonable sin of changing it to Le Sage' for pierre Lesage, a Frenchman. The development ended in 1931 and was superceded by Dateland which was named for a grove of date trees (AZ-T10).
