Graves of Hugh and Sarah (Widney) Linn In 1788, Hugh and Sarah brought three young children from Ulster, Ireland to the wilderness in the far north of Franklin County, Pennsylvania. They had followed, by four years, Sarah's brother James Widney and his family. Together, the Linn and Widney families were instrumental in founding the village of Concord. These are Hugh's and Sarah's gravestones in the Concord Union (a/k/a Concord Methodist-Episcopal) Cemetery.
